If we emailed you and you were not expecting it

We send a small number of business emails each day to people whose companies look like a fit for what we build. We did not buy your details from a list broker. Here is exactly where they came from:

We do not use tracking pixels and we do not rewrite links to see whether you clicked. If you want it to stop, use the unsubscribe link in the email or email us — either one adds you to a permanent suppression list, and we action it within two working days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can also object to our use of legitimate interests at any time — and where that use is direct marketing, we must stop, with no balancing test and no questions asked.

Email thanushen@decide99.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you told us first, but you do not have to.
